Boards of the future: leading the charge on climate action

The Climate Governance Initiative, in partnership with the World Economic Forum, interviewed governance global experts during the Mobilizing Directors for Climate Action workshop. They explored how future boards must address climate change, discussing:

  • How will the changing climate impact on businesses in the next 5 years? 
  • What are the key demands that board directors will face in the coming years - not just on climate but areas like AI, operational challenges, financial risks and new regulation? 
  • And how can companies work through these issues to develop a business strategy that allows them to benefit financially from the transition to a net zero carbon economy?
